It does not work on Lion

The new version 3.0 does not work with Lion. Please, could you guys fix this bug or bring it back the 2.9 version. Thank you

Does not work anymore for Ubuntu VNC servers

It used to work for Ubuntu but it works no more. Test done with working VNC clients on the same network.

Good!

Good app to control my mother desktop when she is in trouble. :)

Ok

Good app but the icon is awfull

Great app!

Really good app and easy to set, step by step. Enjoy

The real REMOTE!

This is a really useful app, since with it you can control almost every main function of your Mac (or PC). The app still needs improvements, though, such as supporting 1920x1200 resolution (for iMacs...), featuring Apple Remote buttons, and more promptly refreshing the screen (as it is, sometimes you dont see the results of your "clicks" on the iPhone screen, even though they produce the correct effects on your computer.

Interesting but lacking features on Lite

The absence of right button is a limitation that almost make the control of the host impossible. Uses with TightVnc and works very well.

Good

Easy, fast, good. But is basic. For more solutions, just bay.

Muito bom

Very good

Wonderful application if you know what its intended for. A ctrl+alt+del shortcut would be a must for windows users.

Completely useless without Tab, alt and Cmd-Key

Its impossible to work because the Keyboard is missing the Most essential keys!

Logins?

Theres no support for VNC servers that require logins with username & password. It would be really helpful to accept URLs like vnc://me@myserver Due to that issue, this app is completely useless for me. 1 star is minimum, here it is! Sorry, no full version bought.

Sweet

Best and most useful app Ive ever used only complaint is the low memory warning I get but Im still givin it a 5 and try to make an update that fixed the low memory warning and yes I am using low resolution

Damn!

This app is the bomb... Seriously! Cant believe its free. Note: Vista users who wants to use the realvnc server Will have to go for the enterprise edition, only way to make it work! (see the Mocha FAQS , "mocha and Vista" section, for the details)

Works on linux

Well i got headless ubuntu(linux) and with tightvnc server and this works nicely. However; jaadu doesnt and cost 5x this

Sweet!

Really easy to set up and use on leopard ( tells u how to set up at mochasoft.org/iPhone_vnc.htm)it took like 5 miniutes to set up! GReat for people that want to see what people are doing on the computer!

setup problem fixed

I couldnt get this to work for me at first. Im using a router at my house and imac version 10.6.2. I forwarded port 5900 to my imac from the router and my connection was getting thru(my little snitch was showing me incoming request) but kept telling me "host drop connection" before it would actually connect. When i double checked the settings for my mac on the Mocha website, it was showing that "screen sharing" should be activated on the mac computer of course, mine was greyed out and telling me that this option was controle by remote management service. (which I thought was my apple remote desktop that i had installed) but a little further down under "screen sharing" option there is a remote management option that was checked, and once highlighted, I clicked on the computer setting button to the right and lo and behold.....an option that wasnt checked.....VNC VIEWERS MAY CONTROL SCREEN WITH PASSWORD ********.....I checked that box and blamm, im connected........just wanted to share this cause it took me a while to figure it out and it was not on Mocha website(not sure why) ...now i like it and going to buy the the $5 app for the little extra options since i will use this app. so it didnt get 5 stars for time it took me to figure it out....lol

Very nice VNC app

This is a pretty good little app, and its FREE. If you use a Mac or WinXP, you can connect to your computer from anywhere in the world. The paid version has a few extra features, but if you are an occasional user then this is the program for you. Update: works even better with the 3Gs iPhone. With the 3G and a big screen on the iMac, I ran into memory issues once in a while.
